Finding your stride … Living your potential It seems like humanity has been searching for the Holy Grail for eons of time. The Holy Grail represents the pinnacle of life itself, providing happiness, eternal youth and a life of abundance. This idea is very intriguing, as if there is a magic “thing” that, once discovered, all struggle will dissolve. The idea of a sweet spot in life has merit. Certainly there must be some type of order, or core principle of life, that can give one an advantage. Like some kind of liberation from the sense of struggle. Certainly many of us have had difficult times in our own lives, often sharing stories of our own individual “train wrecks.” I know I have had my share of difficult chapters in my own life. Is there ACTION to your inspirations? There is a place where you can grow bigger by the moment. You might experience a time warp too, in that that place where you are so immersed in concentration that time gets away from you. There is a bit of transcendence to it as well when we have tuned in to a thread of thought, from which inspiration flows. The inspiration is the first step. Taking the time to capture our own inspiration is the entry point of our higher wisdom showing up in our own life. In order to capture that wisdom, we need to get out of our ego/mind. Heaven awaits your arrival The journey home can seem like a myth. Every day we find ourselves living out a familiar story. Our sense of self is intact as we manage those elements of our lives, trying to create a deeper understanding of who we really are. Life is constantly expressing yet another new idea or inspiration. We can wonder where to look for our best view of our own truth. There is no one but ourselves. Nobody can take us on the journey to the last mile home. No sage, mystic, priest, pope, president or deity can give us our truth. You are the source of your own desires So often we can be seeking fulfillment through external things. People, things, titles and such. But all things external to us are temporary, such as seasons in our lives, for instance. Many times we can hang our happiness on those external relationships. But in order to have a place of lasting fulfillment we need only to look within ourselves. So often we can find ourselves living in our minds, having an ongoing conversation with ourselves, from a place of the ego. So often we can be critical of our human nature, observing our ego living out its attempt to create a life for itself. Getting your ego on-board We all have a higher wisdom within us, an innate intelligence that transcends any paradigm, struggle or worry. Indeed, it is our own heart that holds so much power. Finding the Joy of Living Today There won’t be a moment when it is over, this journey of your soul. It is a timeless story. As Joseph Campbell described it … it is the Hero’s Journey. It is the illusion of leaving the light to travel into the darkness and then finding our way back home.
