You are the thing itself
You have probably heard that you are not your body. And perhaps that you are not even your mind. And those are true.
When we started out in this life, the day we were born, we had a body. Of course. But we, as an ego, didn’t exist that day. Yes, we have a body. And yes, we all have an ego, like the ego reading this sentence now. But, the truth of you existed before it all. Before your parents made Love to conceive you. You, as a soul, are timeless. Just as you have incarnated many times before, before this incarnation, you will incarnate again. Into another body, where you will grow yourself another ego. Bodies and egos come and go with each incarnation. You are not this body, and you are not this ego. You are playing out an incarnation with this temporary body and with this temporary ego. The lasting truth of you is not something you are totally conscious of. Yet.
Within this lifetime you have your body and you have your ego. What are you going to “do” with them? What are you going to “do” with your life? Your soul, the one who has been here the entire time, through all of your incarnations, has a purpose for you. And intention for this lifetime of yours. Whether it will come about has yet to be seen. The thing that surprises me is that the ego, once it gets up and running, becomes the lowest common denominator in your life.
In other words, your ego is running the show, until it doesn’t. You ego, at least, “thinks” it is running the show. And to a large degree, it is running the show. In a temporal way. Your ego can ruin your life, and your ego can create a life beyond your imagination. If you get too far away from your life purpose, and your life purpose is important enough in this incarnation, your soul will get out the cosmic two-by-four (a long wooden board) and metaphorically crack you open. With some sort of event that changes your life forever. Many NDE’s (Near Death Experiences) change people’s lives forever. Or, perhaps, you get in an auto accident and your are forced to see things in a new perspective. These are not “bad” events. Although the ego experiencing them might think otherwise. The soul has its ways of correcting the course of your life path.
And who is that “behind” your soul? Who is making all of this even possible? You guessed it …
God/Goddess.
Everything is a creation from the One. Source Consciousness. God/Goddess Consciousness. The creator of all that is.
The universe is not divided. There are not two sources of consciousness. There is only one source. One source of consciousness for ALL that is. All the galaxies in the night sky. All of this universe, and this solar system and this planet. All being “fueled” with consciousness so it all can exist.
You are God/Goddess consciousness incarnate now. Every moment for all of your existence, back to the birth of your soul, has been fueled by the one source of consciousness. Just as you have lived and died in many, many lifetimes … here “you” are now. This ego, that you have for this lifetime, has a purpose, a reason, for this lifetime of yours. When you bring your ego’s awareness around, until it can understand its part that it plays for “you,” then you can have your heart, your soul, and this ego of yours all walking in step with each other. This is where harmony and grace come into your life.
I suggest it would serve you well to better understand your life purpose. To understand the many powerful gifts your soul has collected across all of your incarnations. And how, in this lifetime of yours, you can bring all of that together and live an uncommon life. Pure Authentic You!
