It is Who You become as You walk Your Path Your Journey has a Purpose, and so do You Perhaps the safest place for a boat is in the harbor. But the value or reason for a boat, is lost … in the harbor. In other words, if the boat never leaves the harbor, why even have the boat. The (metaphorical) “safest” place for you to be is in your home. With the window shades pulled down and the doors all locked. But you didn’t incarnate to just be “safe.” Sure, we all want to be safe, in a general way. But we also feel more alive when we bump up against risk. “It’s only in uncertainty that we’re naked and alive.” ~ Peter Gabriel There has been so much change over the last several years. Many of us would just like the change to settle down. To get back…

Love has a Wisdom to it Love You Let’s take a journey of sorts. To imagine the journey of Consciousness. In the beginning was the Light. I would suggest this was the radiant field of Unconditional Love. Perhaps also called Source, or Christ, Consciousness. Without form, posture or preference. This is the fabric or substance of all that will be created. Ever. Fast forward 6 billion years. Now we have the Earth and upon this Earth the Human BEing. A vehicle of experience. In other words, how a Soul can come into form to experience what it is like to have the human experience. What it feels like to take on karma. To separate from our innate power. And so forth. When a new Soul is born, just like a new baby, there is no preference or opinion. As we incarnate, and take on karma, we are traversing a scale…

Any Color You Like It is your reflection Draw your measure. Claim your bounty. There is a new player in the thinking game. It is that of AI (Artificial Intelligence). In many of my encounters with AI, I would say it stands for Assumed Intelligence. They, the AI personalities, can be heavily biased. Programmed to coax a certain mindset. Just as AI can come up with any “sentence” it wants … so can you. Our minds are able to think any sentence(s) we choose. And from that comes immense power. It comes, once we have learned to master the power of the Word. The “Word” has been there from the beginning. In the beginning was the Word. The handle of creation. The birthplace of creation. Then, from the beginning, and now with your words now. And now and … well, you get it. You have access to that same Word.…

You are in the perfect place … right now No where to go but here (and now) Is there something “missing” in your life? Do you have an ongoing intention? Shooting for heaven? Time to get out of hell? Karma is a bitch, until it isn’t. It is as if, perhaps, you “wake up” in a dream. You are in the middle of a tsunami out in the middle of the ocean. On a boat that is perhaps not suited for such challenge. Perfect. You have, metaphorically, been here before. Just look at Earth’s history. Imagine what some of your past lives might have looked like. Perhaps you fought alongside Joan of Arc? Or took swimming lessons, that didn’t end so well, from the outside of Noah’s Ark? Plagues, famine, war, floods, earthquakes and the like. Earth has been the place of extreme challenges for quite some time. But now,…

Leave Room to Grow You are never stuck There are no requirements. That is the thing about free will. But there are no limitations either. There is a flow of sorts. Inspiration(s) manifesting into form(s). We can settle into a normal or typical routine. Where one day is like the next. You might think of it as a corridor of preferences. Where the ego has a comfort zone. Where life is predictable and routine. If you were to build a house, you might start with a foundation. Something to build upon. There would literally be no place to put the walls or floor until the foundation was complete. A sequence of steps. The more I look at the difference between a Soul and an Ego, the more I see two very different realms of intents. The Soul is a timeless persona. Looking to expand its experiences and expressions. And the…

The Only way Out … is In. Where you are going, you are already there. Perhaps we are on our “spiritual journey.” Where we have decided that we want to grow ourselves spiritually. We might think that that direction is always metaphorically “up.” To ascend into Heaven. But wait a minute. “Grow ourselves spiritually?” Wouldn’t that, metaphorically, be down? So, what if we were brand-new Souls? Never having ever had a physical experience. Never having incarnated anywhere or any when. In a way, we have already arrived. In other words, perhaps the spiritual journey is into the darkness. Perhaps it is into the shadow. In a sense, the moment we were born, as a brand-new Soul, we have already arrived at the end of the journey. As a brand new Soul, we had no karma loaded up in our psyche. We were squeaky clean. We had no one to forgive.…

Are You stuck at the Stop sign? When will you be ready to go … again? Have you ever had your life turned on its head? Where your life was turned upside down by some unexpected event? Perhaps you had someone close to you die unexpectedly. Or a tornado or such destroyed your home. But then, there is a type of trauma that can set in, when we have a very difficult circumstance to endure. My father comes to mind. To fight in a war had scarred him very deeply. And my cousin comes to mind as well. He was falsely accused of a crime, and spent over a year in a foreign jail as a foreigner. Only to be released and cleared of all charges. I know these examples cover a broad range of circumstances, but they all can metaphorically paralyze us to some degree. Where we have stopped…

To walk out of the Karmic Storms Your subconscious decides how much your environment influences you We posture with reality. At least until we come to terms with it. In other words, our karma has us posturing with reality based on our subconscious programming. Based on our unresolved karmic stigmas. There is a curious thing that happens. Perhaps not in every situation. But certainly for myself. We get cracked open, by some major event in our lives. And that starts an unraveling of sorts. You might call it an inward dive into our own psyche. For myself, once I got cracked open, I started a whole new journey in my life. And thus a whole new outcome for my life. We have all felt a collective experience. Say, for example, 9/11. The whole world witnessed that event. Do you remember how you felt that day? Do you remember how the…

Learning to Run When the training wheels comes off When you start to get some traction, walking in step with your heart and soul, you start to notice encounters you have with others, in a different way. You may pray to be a more Loving being, and someone will come along and trigger your unresolved anger. Damn it. I was praying for Love. As you start to listen to your heart and soul more and more as you go about your day, then you start to notice a shift in your cadence. And the direction you are headed. By teaching your ego to just step back a bit, and allow a flow to present itself, then you are in the current. You are flowing in the stream. The villain is also your hero. Only they can push your buttons the deepest, within your psyche. Affording you the sight to heal…

Who will You become? At your current trajectory. If you were to continue to live your life, how you are living it right now, and where would you “end up?” As if there is an end, which I don’t think there is. But to pause for a second and contemplate, “What is possible for your life?” If we look at the BIG You, and bring in your Soul to this idea of You, then what you may become in this lifetime expands beyond comprehension. Your Soul is vast and multi-dimensional. Knowing about next week and next month. But if your Soul is not active in your day-to-day narratives, then it really doesn’t matter. Your ego will run this whole rodeo, until death do you part. You and your ego will separate again. Exactly like the day you were born. You had a Soul, but you didn’t have any ego to…

Your Mind, Heart and Soul Who are You? So, if you were to be handed a copy of all of your thoughts over the last 24 hours, and they were indexed by “who” had had them, who would be you? In other words, if you were to get a clear report, showing you how much of your thoughts had come from your mind/ego, and your heart and your soul, what kind of ratios would you see? A very common behavioral trait of human beings is that they live mostly in their mind. Mostly, isn’t really fair. Completely in their minds might be a better analogy. We, in general, are completely overdosing on our egos. Our hearts, once healed and open, would never wage war on another. Our soul would not have any need for the “white picket fence” idea of living our life. The notion that you go to “school,”…
