Your Answers are Within You now
Karma itself is not personal
You are metaphorically standing in front of a mirror. You are the creator of your reflection. You are the creator of your life experience.
If you are bumping up against struggle or resistance in your life, your emotions will reflect where you are stuck. In other words, our emotions are created when our beliefs, attitudes and values bump up against “reality.” They are a report card of sorts. Your emotions evolve, or don’t evolve, as you grow or evolve, or don’t grow or evolve yourself.
We take on a sense of self as we live our lives. This “sense of self” is set up in our mind/ego. If I ask you “who are you?” it would be your ego that responds. Yet, before your ego existed, you were, and always are, a soul identity as well. When we look through the metaphorical lens of our ego, we are looking through mental constructs that we have created about ourselves. And these constructs have no obligation to be anchored in truth. For example, you might be the most talented, brilliant person in truth, but perhaps you have been imprinted with a totally contradictory story. Maybe your soul had you incarnate into a household that didn’t support or reinforce your vast talents at all. Maybe you were even told the opposite. If you take on that imprinting, that you are not talented or worthy or such, you have created a mental construct in your mind, based in (karmic) imprinting from your past.
If you have been a manager in the workplace environment, perhaps you could see the talents of your employees, yet some of those employees just couldn’t show up for themselves. Where they play small. Where they don’t make any waves. Yet, clear as a bell, you can see their untapped talents. They have the talent. No question. But they can’t bring that talent into effect, so to speak.
Whatever you are bumping up against in your life, you have the talent and ability to solve and resolve anything that is holding you back. It is by growing yourself, evolving yourself, that you can become “bigger” than your problems. You are never stuck. Sure, you can hit a metaphorical wall, and spend time feeling stuck. But, always and in all ways, you can overcome anything.
One of the most common snags, when it come to challenges we bump up against in our lives, is rooted in our emotions. Did I say emotions? Sorry, I meant our mind. Our emotions do not have an agenda or motive in this thing called life. Your emotions are not trying to steer you in any way, based on their own intentions or agendas. They can steer you quite effectively, but not in a way that is trying to control you. Your emotions are real-time messengers of sorts. It is our mind that creates stagnation in our lives, often based on mental constructs that posture with our emotions. Our minds can drop into deeply woven patterns of re-actions. Causing the same re-sults. As we re-trigger our emotional patterning. A stagnation of ourselves is the result. Not from anything out in the world. But rather, from us posturing with ourselves.
Our mind creates a story behind the feelings of our emotions. It can be a very real and powerful story. But it is just a story. Sure, perhaps dad beat the crap out of you every day, and that feeling has a huge emotional charge with you now. Something in your past, that story, that mental construct you created around that experience, is not a permanent construct. But it can feel like it is anchored in your experience. So many tough days. So many hurt feelings. So deeply carved scars in your psyche. Sure. All of that is healable. All of that is just a page in a much bigger story. It, your story, doesn’t have you. You have the story, and the mental constructs that you created as you tried to survive the situation(s). Now, perhaps years later, until you go in and discharge the pent-up emotions and clear out the mental constructs, you will experience the results of your past karmic imprinting. But the story doesn’t have any hold on you unless you are not willing to look at it. Not willing to try to heal it.
You are never stuck. Not for long. Unless you refuse to see your past in a different light. Tough challenges are being played out all over the world. Your tough challenges are no different. It can be part of living the human experience. Who are your challenges calling you to become? To rise above it all? Nurture that idea of you and you will move towards resolution to whatever you are struggling with. Be patient with yourself. Love yourself all along the journey.
Love You
