Unravel Yourself Set Yourself Free You can think of your own karma as the history of your Self. The history of your Soul. We “go” further into karma when we add or load up our psyche with our own energy (inner chi). When you avoid or suppress an emotion, you are adding to your karmic disposition. When you develop mental constructs that are not based in truth, with a capital ‘T’, you are loading your Self up with more karma. Your karma is loaded up with stigmas of sorts. You could think of it as compressed consciousness. A density of sorts. If we were to “travel” to your core, your truth, there would only be Light. The Light of Unconditional Love. Any thing, energetically, that is “denser” than that Light … is a form of karma. If taking on karma is the adding of energy to your psyche or persona,…

You are a product of Your Past Until You are not We humans are quite programmable. For many of us, perhaps the majority of us, we are easily programmed by others. Your Answers are Within You now Karma itself is not personal You are metaphorically standing in front of a mirror. You are the creator of your reflection. You are the creator of your life experience. If you are bumping up against struggle or resistance in your life, your emotions will reflect where you are stuck. In other words, our emotions are created when our beliefs, attitudes and values bump up against “reality.” They are a report card of sorts. Your emotions evolve, or don’t evolve, as you grow or evolve, or don’t grow or evolve yourself. We take on a sense of self as we live our lives. This “sense of self” is set up in our mind/ego. If I ask you “who are you?” it would be your ego that responds. Yet, before your ego existed, you were, and always are, a soul identity as well. When we look…
