Want a Fresh Start? There is no better time … Is it time for a change? Are you looking for a fresh start? There is no momentum to living. Well, yes there is. There is no momentum “out there.” In other words, the universe is not holding a scorecard with your name on it. There is no “momentum” as far as the universe is concerned. There is no “current status.” You are free. Yet we can have a very deep sense of momentum. “I have been here before, and here I am again.” Perhaps you might have said this before. Where you find yourself in the same predicament as before. “My spouse wants a divorce … again. This makes it three different spouses now that have wanted to divorce me.” “I always find myself … [insert condition here].” Is the universe the one that consistently brings me these patterns of…

Moving through Your Karma Karma, like gravity, is impersonal Karma is a curious thing. If we were to try to pin down just what karma is, we might take a look at the mind/ego, and its relationship with emotions. Certainly this is not the totality of how we experience karma, but I would say this is the lion’s share. So many people go through their life and never consider what they are doing, karmically. We can take on habits, often at a very early age, that sets us up for accumulating more and more karma as we go through our life. Patterns that we often pick up from our parents. For myself, I had a very strong habit of avoiding the emotion of anger. So I would subconsciously avoid it at all cost. I believe my health would be considerably worse had I not connected with my subconscious anger, and…

Lions, Tigers and Fears Oh My! There is a pattern that we can fall into, if we are not careful. Many people really live there. In a patterned mindset. What I am talking about is “out there” versus “in here.” Our egos process information. Our eyes, ears and other senses feed us an endless stream of information about the world … out there. And then we process that information … in here. In our heads. In our thoughts. Information. But the folly of that is that the world doesn’t begin out there. We are the creators of our “reality.”  We are the creators of our reflection(s). What we put out … becomes the “out” there. As I shared in a previous blog, I had an angry boss “out there.” Out in the physical world. I didn’t create him, per se.  But I did manifest him into my life. Into my…

Ticket to Paradise Look no further than You! There is your ticket, EnJoy the ride! For every arena of consciousness, there is a spectrum of possibilities. The archetypes are a good example of this. There is the Sinner and the Saint. The Cop and the Criminal. The Hero and the Victim. In every single arena, there is (the potential of) You. You, as a Soul, can play out any experience you can imagine. It might not seem that way, once you try to traverse the spectrum. In other words, you might be experiencing a particular type of hardship, trying to change your condition. And, perhaps, not having much luck actually changing your condition. There is a momentum, of sorts, behind most any karmic stigma. There are several billion variations of such things, playing out in the lives of the 8+ billion people living on the Earth right now. Some are so totally loaded…

Out with the Old … In with the New Shifting into the New Year The winds of change are upon us. Nobody has to be told that the world is changing. Humanity is going  though more change(s) than perhaps any time in our history. And here we are. So, what’s it going to be? There is a bit of an opportunity here. If, metaphorically, everything has been turned on its head, then you too can completely redesign yourself. (You always can.) But the notion I want to look at closer is your authentic preferences. You really didn’t have an ego, to speak of, the day you were born. No sentencing, no preferences, per se. And it was in your family of origin that your ego was created. Your ego, by its very nature, is a creature of habits or patterns. You could say we installed a groundwork of habits and…

Not Over, Not Around … But Through You can’t get there through the back door There is a part of our evolution of consciousness that we cannot avoid. Well, we can avoid it. And many of us do, at great expense. And that is our emotions. Or perhaps, our emotional education. There is a very good reason that we can’t avoid it. Well, yes, we CAN avoid it, but why we might want to not avoid it IS a choice. There is a multidimensional aspect of our Soul. We are far more multidimensional than we are 3D. In other words, as we evolve our consciousness, we open up to higher realms of consciousness. These dimensions were there all the time, but if we had a habit of avoiding our emotions, and just stockpiling them in our subconscious, we kept ourselves out of alignment with the higher realms of our own…

When Your Ego Finds Your Soul Where are You going? For the vast majority of people, they live their lives in their heads. In their egos. It can feel quite comfortable there. You choose what you want. It can seem like you have a good handle on your life. Perhaps a very manageable existence. Your ego is managing … everything out there. The car, the house, the job. It can seem like everything is under (the ego’s) control. (But) Everything happens energetically first. In other words, the field of creation, the birthplace of all change, does not have a physical form. It is undetectable by our five senses. If you were to go visit a (good) psychic, they would be reading the energy of what you are about to manifest. It doesn’t mean that it is a done deal. It doesn’t become “reality” until the atoms move. Until it shows…

Emotional Freedom The (re) integration of your subconscious So … what’s in your sub-conscious? The very notion of “sub-conscious” is that we are not conscious of it. Off our radar. Yet our subconscious can “shut down” whole arenas of choices. Without our awareness that it is happening. How can we consider ourselves powerful if there are aspects of ourselves that we are not aware of? So, what is the difference between a very powerful person and, perhaps, a homeless person that is having a tough time just trying to get through the day? The curious thing about working with consciousness … is that it is ethereal. Undetectable by our five senses. We can’t see our own thought processes as we go throughout our day. We can’t “see” what factors our subconscious is weighing with our every choice. This can be a very big deal. Epic really. If, indeed, we are…
