The Villain makes the Hero

Had we never left heaven …

Was it a mistake to leave Heaven? I mean, really? God, as Unconditional Love, is Heaven itself. In other words, many of us are on a spiritual journey to return to Heaven. But, why did we even leave Heaven in the first place?

In the beginning was the Light. The Light of Heaven. The Light of Love. OK. Perfect. Stop right there.

Heaven as the vast field of Unconditional Love sounds like, well, it sounds like Heaven to me. Heaven is what we metaphorically left. God, as Consciousness/Love, wanted to know more about its potentials. Wanted to know what it would feel like to have a dualistic experience. Wanted to know what it could be. And it entered duality. The beginning of creation itself. Fast forward billions and billions of years, and here we are. God Consciousness personified as humans. On a huge gravity swamp called a planet. Planet Earth.

We, as humans, have fierce free will. As a projection of the very same consciousness that created all that is, we have the ability to create and manifest as we so choose. Somewhere along that very long journey from the beginning of all that is to now, we developed the ego. And the ego had forgotten its Divinity. The ego started weighing its choices based on what had already been created. Our egos see the world we live in, which has already been created, and started to posture with it. Started to try to manage its life by manipulating the world itself. Ego traits like greed, anger and revenge created some of the darkness of the world. Corruption and all manner of exploitation followed too. Wars  and dictators followed in kind. And here we are.

Does this “sin” we just talked about, all manner of suffering, make the need for a savior? Does the villain make the need for a hero?

We could not experience anything, unless we left the non-dualistic realm of Heaven. God chose to create a canvas of expression so God could experience Itself. It is the idea of separation that allows for the physical experience. The observer, and that which is being observed, is the basis of duality.

Likewise, as an individual soul, we each took on karma to have the experience of it. We chose to take on more and more separation. Going deeper and deeper into the shadow side of karma. For many of us on this planet, we chose to go to the karmic extreme. As a result of this, this planet has so many, many archetypes that humans can live out on this planet. How exciting would it be to incarnate during the peak of World War II so you could be a secret spy, miles behind enemy lines? Or how about being the first human to walk on the moon? How exciting would that lifetime feel like? We had to leave Heaven if we were to be able to experience any of the billions of lifetimes that have played out over the generations.

Truth, with a capital ‘T’, cannot be destroyed. The truth of you cannot be destroyed. Even if you die, the continuity of your consciousness is assured. Your soul is untouched by whatever happens on Earth. You would most likely get back in line and incarnate again. With new intentions for that lifetime.

We can’t have a hero experience without a villain to conquer. We can’t “need” a savior unless we forget who we are. We all, collectively, chose to come here to have this experience. You are right where your soul intended you to be. EnJoy the journey.

Love You!
