What You FOCUS On Your Word is Your Wand You are voting in every moment. You “vote” based on what you put your attention on. The process of creation is happening in every moment. You are always in the “creator” role. The clearer you are about what you want to create, the more power you have. Vague intentions create vague results. There is an understanding, as far as “hijacking” human consciousness, that says if you can get the masses to believe it, it will surely be. Perhaps it is clearer to you, over the past few years, how there is a specific effort to control the collective narrative. So many folks are peddling their narrative, and want it to be taken on as THE narrative of the masses. And to have the opposite narratives discounted or even banned. The desire to be able to label a viewpoint as “dis-information” and…

Every day is Election day You vote with your attention Today, you are “voting” on your tomorrow. The mechanics of creation are “on” all the time. Election day is every day. We have perfectly crafted our lives, up to this minute, this now, from all of our attention from our past, by what we have elected to put our attention on, day after day. The momentum effect, the momentum of our karma, is largely a product of our subconscious. It is really a very graceful thing. It is a mechanism that says … if you haven’t learned the karmic lesson, all of the energy of your refusal to witness, and accept … what is, all of that energy will be pushed into your subconscious. This energy will “contribute” to this now, this moment, until you resolve it. There is the notion of a standing wave. A wave that is present…

Your Happiness and Your Sorrow It is all up to You Your mind is the beginning, and the end, of your happiness and your sorrow. It is a most curious thing. Our mind/ego is the decider. Well … kind of. How many people have created a vision board, and religiously chanted their daily affirmations, only to find that years later … nothing (of significance) has changed? If those things, affirmations and vision boards, are the creation and intent of the mind/ego, how can I say that the mind/ego is the decider? We take on karma when we posture with what is. That posturing is initiated by the mind/ego. At least, most of the time. There are times when the mind/ego doesn’t get to decide. For example, a young soldier going into battle for the first time. The shock and horror of carnage can trigger the body to protect itself. It…

What would You prefer? Draw your measure. Claim your good. What do you want more of? What do you want to feel? What do you want to experience? What would you prefer? What? The End … if you could get clear about that, you would move towards that. Clarity is a decider of sorts. The more we can get clear about what we would prefer, the more we are focusing our consciousness on what we want. It is not that we are putting judgment on the opposite, but rather, shifting our attention to what we want. Well, maybe we are putting judgment on what we don’t want. You don’t want that!  ;- ) I was noodling the idea of posturing, several decades back. I was the Chief Engineer at a TV station. And I was also studying the idea of karma. There is the notion of posturing as an arena…

Suffering is Optional The Untouchable You We have all had our struggles. Some more painful than others. We all have had our own paths to walk. Sometimes it seems like a soul will choose a life path loaded with, often severe, personal challenges, perhaps to ensure there would be an awakening. For many of us, is has been over the last few years that our lives got turned upside down. Where everything we thought life would bring us, is perhaps lost forever. We can avoid the possibility of pain as well. How many of us have had our hearts broken. Perhaps crushed. And now we just don’t want to go “there” ever again. It is the pain itself, or the possibility of pain, that can freeze us in our tracks. Perhaps the memory of painful events. Our personal history is loaded up with intense events from our past. Some are…

What would make You feel “Better”? Is there a feeling you are looking for? There is a bit of a back and forth. Once we get (more) focused on what we want. As part of the “awakening” process, you start paying more attention to your thoughts and feelings. You start to discern what you prefer, and what you don’t prefer. You start to “mind.” You start to pay attention to how you feel, doing those things that, perhaps, you have always done. To discover our subconscious habits that we have instilled in ourselves, we need to stretch ourselves. If we always avoid bad feelings, we are actually accumulating the karmic energy behind them. If we don’t ever get to the point of actually feeling them, they are taking more of a proverbial hold on us. It isn’t like we have to feel our bad feeling all the time, like it…

Where is Your path to Nirvana? Follow the Yellow Brick Road A nuclear ka-boom. Where is your path to the promised land? Where will you find what you are looking for? Where will you be when you “get there?” We all have a “normal” of sorts. Even if it is uncomfortable. Perhaps, within our own normal, we have chronic pain. Or an emotional tempest within us. But if you wipe off the descriptions of what your normal feels like … there is a baseline of sorts. A “density” of sorts. A “viscosity” of sorts. But what about the ka-boom? There is so much power in the nuclear arena. A softball size of nuclear material has a tremendous amount of energy or power. So, imagine with me a bit. When that power is released, it e-x-p-a-n-d-s very rapidly. And then eventually normalizes itself. So, let’s reverse that process. Let’s take a…

The triggered Ego Here one moment … gone the next Have you ever had a deep friendship just vanish? Yikes! I worked with a very dear friend for a decade. He felt like a brother to me. We were very dear friends. We both worked in a TV station accomplishing big projects and having the times of our lives. And his wife was throwing him a surprise birthday party. Cool! I’m there! … or so I thought. I asked her where it was, and she said … YOU are not invited? What? Why! She hardly even knew me. We had met briefly perhaps several years prior. Why is this happening? I actually got angry. Why the hell can’t I come to his surprise party? I KNOW he would love to have me there… Didn’t matter. No. Well … it went downhill from there. Now he is “not allowed” to talk…

By becoming empty … you become … Mirror Mirror There is a dichotomy of sorts. It is through the ego that many of us “see” ourselves. And the ego is the realm of symbols. Or labels. I am this. I am that. Certainly, there can be value to that. For example, perhaps we are trying to conquer a big challenge. To become a doctor, leader, or such. It can help to tell ourselves … I got this. I can do it. But, from a much bigger perspective, holding on to symbols does not have any value. In other words, our soul has no need for symbols. If you think of holding a static image of yourself, by claiming certain attributes as your identity, you are actually diluting the quantum field in each moment. But … I AM a doctor. OK. Got it. There is a curious thing, in the mechanics…
