Do you have your hands on the metaphorical steering wheel? Are you “driving” your life the way you want it to go?

There is nothing biased against you. In other words, the life you are experiencing is a reflection of You. You decide it all. Perhaps the question is, are you deciding your life from a conscious or subconscious level? There is nothing in your way. Unless you are in your own way. It is not that you are broken. You can’t really be broken. The truth of you, at your core, is untouchable by human intentions. You are safe and you are fully empowered. You can’t do it wrong and you can’t do it all.

Have you ever messed up? Have you ever metaphorically spilled the milk? Wet clean up in aisle 5. And yet, here you are.

Take a breath. The air is there for you. Notice how conveniently you are attached to the planet. Gravity is there for you. Turn on the lights. Electricity is there for you. Buy a new ream of paper and some ink. The bright white pages of paper have nothing hindering your expression on it. You could paint a picture. Write a story. Make a poem. Write a contract, and get it signed. Time is here for you. And here is some more time. There is nothing in this moment, or any other moment, that is holding you back. You, alone, are the creator of your life. Of your experience of your life. You are the writer, producer, director and actor/actress of your own play. It is all up to you.

What if Leonardo da Vinci, the great Italian inventor, had a 3D printer? Where he could come up with a new design idea, and literally print a test model of the idea and test it before the end of the day. What if Jesus had social media accounts, and could teach all over the world? What if you had all of the history of the world at your fingertips? You have access to all of these things. And more. You, now, are living in one of the most creative environments to ever exist. The tools and resources that are at your fingertips right now are vast and expanding. Take advantage of that.

There is nothing stopping you. No thing. It is you. Whether you do, or do not, is decided by only you.

Is there an element of creation in your life? It is by our very nature that we express ourselves. There is something that happens when we create something new. When we create, we are changing ourselves. We become a different person when we immerse ourselves in our own creativity.

Have you ever written a book? Especially your first book? From my experience, the book ends up writing you. You think you know what your book is going to be about, but then the book starts to take on a life of its own. What the book actually becomes is a reflection of who you become as you write the book. You change in the process. It grows you. You metaphorically come out the other side changed. Life expressing itself.

Do you have a creative outlet? Is there some element in your life where you are creating? It doesn’t have to be grand. It is the process of creation that is the vehicle of change. In other words, when you engage in the creative expression dynamic, you create a new aspect of yourself. It is in the creation process that a new you can reveal itself.

Both Love and Consciousness seek expansion. By their very nature. You are consciousness itself. At your core, You are Love itself. Whether you are making a diorama with your leftover peas and potatoes, or you are writing a screenplay, give yourself opportunities to create. And while you are in the creative process, pay attention to the part of you that creates. It comes from within you, and when you create, it comes out of you into form. Into the world. Become more conscious of your creative impulses and honor them with opportunities to express themselves. It is in your very nature to do just that. Create!
