Is Life happening by You or to You?
Karma can shift your perspective
What if … you were born on the other side of the planet? In a completely different household? Who, or perhaps what, would you be now? In other words, how would your personality be different? Perhaps the polar opposite of what it is now. The “who” that you are now was all learned and/or imprinted on you.
If you were to think of the metaphorical opposite of who you are now, could you become that now? For example, if you have a chronic disease now, could you become vibrant and healthy? If you are low income now, could you become high income? Can you see what I am getting at here?
There is an energy to your upbringing. There is a mental construct to your mental demeanor. There is an emotional conditioning to you now. These things, and others, create a kind of karmic momentum for you. A karmic inertia for you. It is in that momentum, that inertia, that makes it seem that the world outside of you is “constant.” But in truth it is not. It is a reflection of your karma, being reflected back to you. As “you.”
As long as you have a significant karmic momentum, the world seems stable and constant. You might say the world seems predictable. It is in this momentum that the world seems like it is happening to you. But the momentum of the past is dwarfing your current consciousness, and that makes it seem like a constant. In other words, the energy, or inner chi, that you are broadcasting towards the quantum mirror, that will reflect “reality” back to you, will be mostly composed of your subconscious karmic energy. Your ego, or conscious energy, will be much smaller in comparison to your subconscious energy. Again, giving the feeling that life is happening to you and that your conscious intentions are trivial to where you are actually headed.
As you shed your karmic energy, the scale tips in your favor. As you shed your subconscious energy, you are “giving” your ego or conscious self more say in what unfolds in your future. The more this shift happens, the more you can perceive that your world is being created by you. The further you go into your karmic cleanse, the more power you restore to your conscious intentions and the less effect your subconscious has in what actually happens.
Coincidentally the more you can embody Love.
God, as unconditional Love, is found at the core of your being. You might think of this as your enlightened Self. Your enlightened Self has been with you, as you, in every moment of your existence throughout your entire Soul’s journey. In every moment of every lifetime that you have ever lived. Yet it was your subconscious karmic imprinting that has created a sense of separation from this enlightened consciousness.
As you cleanse your karma, from your psyche, you restore your relationship with your Divinity. You might say that cleansing your karma is healing your relationship with God. Wow. Power-full. You are that power. The power of the Divine. Personified. Ask and it is given.
