It is not up to You You have no say in the matter The vast majority of your experience, what it feels like for you to be living your life right now, the vast majority of that, is totally out of your control. You couldn’t change it if you wanted to. Sure, yes, you can change your life. But the vehicle, the process, and all the elements involved in enabling you to have this experience, has nothing to do with you (as your ego). In other words, your body doesn’t need you (the ego).
