Rewind Your Past You are never stuck How do you feel about your past? Are there parts of your past you would like to erase? Or perhaps there are parts of your past that you would want to return to? How do you feel about who you have been over the years? Are you proud of what you have done? Or, perhaps, are you feeling shame, guilt, regret, sorrow or pain about your past? Blink your eyes. Do you know that all of your past is, metaphorically, on the “other side” of that blink? Your past is no longer deciding your future, unless you are still holding onto it. In other words, all of your past is behind you. You are (always) in fresh territory. Like a blank sheet of paper, or unexposed film. You are creating anew, in this and every moment. Every new moment exists outside of your…

If Your Consciousness were your Currency How would you  be spending it? Your Consciousness IS your currency. At least in the creation process. It is done unto You as You believe. Thoughts create. This is a fundamental law of the human experience. How mindful are you about your thoughts? And your subconscious thoughts? What would you say your subconscious thoughts are creating in your life today? Until they aren’t, your subconscious thoughts are typically the lion’s share of your karmic momentum. If you can’t. I do Mind. I don’t Mind. Who is running the show? So, let me ask you a simple question. What percentage of your thoughts, that you have today, what percentage is being made by your conscious mind? And, likewise, what percentage is being made by your subconscious mind? What is that ratio? 50/50? 10/90? 90/10? Another question. If you were to look at your conscious thoughts, the ones you are consciously making, how similar are the conscious thoughts you are making today, to the conscious thoughts you made yesterday? In other words, how similar are your conscious thoughts, day to day? Another question. Is this too many questions? ;- ) The curious thing about our thoughts, both conscious and subconscious, is that they fall into quite distinct patterns. These somewhat linear troughs or ruts of sorts. These patterned paths that we “follow” day in and day out. This is what…
