You can’t do it wrong. You can’t do it All. You are a timeless Soul having a Human experience. Are you deserving of all that you can imagine for yourself? Are you worthy? Or did you do something in your past that makes you unqualified? God knows the answer. Does your ego? If we were to disqualify ourselves any time we “messed up,” nobody but nobody would make it out unscathed. Lucky for us we get to make mistakes. It is part of our Soul’s journey. But Les, if you really knew what I have done … well … OK, let’s list some of the top seemingly unforgivable things that might get in our way. So, say you were Hitler. Just for some perspective. Under your directive, you massacred millions. Does God hate you now? Nope. How about Ivan the Terrible? God just has to hate HIM! Nope. Wait ……

What makes You Happy? Happy is … what Happy does When was the last time you had a deep belly laugh? What are some activities that you really enjoy? How well do you know yourself? Happiness has no requirements of its own. If you are to put requirements on your happiness, you are limiting your happiness. I will be happy when … I get a job, get married (again), lose some weight, pay off my loan. Happiness doesn’t need any of that. None. Zippo. Nada. You are an eternal Soul having a human experience. Your ego can’t break that. No matter what. You are safe. The Truth of you is untouchable by human intentions. We all have an inner child. We all have a desire to have some fun. OK, perhaps we buried that desire to have some fun. Perhaps a metaphorical storm came through our life a while back,…

Paint the Picture You Desire As You Wish There is a momentum of sorts. Living this human experience. We are all having a “normal” experience. Today might seem very familiar. Perhaps just like yesterday. It is at least normal to us. Yet, your normal day and my normal day can be completely different. We are all having our own unique experience(s) of life. Sure, there is a common set of experiences. Laughter is an example of similar experiences. Yet, the Guru and the Maniac live in the “same” world. What are your experiences of your life? Are there repetitive experiences that you don’t like? Perhaps you butt heads with someone at work. Or perhaps you and your spouse spar it out often. Arguing over this or that. Something you might not prefer. Or there is the notion of avoidance. You avoid the butthead at work or avoid arguments with your…

God will not fix your problems Not without You God is so very powerful. Right? And God has unconditional Love for us. Yet we can pray for God to help us and it seems like nothing is really happening. How many times, as a child, did you pray to God for that bicycle for your birthday? Only to not get it. Do you think, as a child, you lost faith in God? Did you think, as a child, that God really didn’t love you? Do you think, as you were growing up, that you ever got angry at God? Come on God, I have prayed and prayed, and you just don’t listen. Would you take a child out of kindergarten and give them a Ph.D? Would you take a pre-med student and have them perform brain surgery? It is the journey, and the things we learn along the way, that…

Your own Personal Jesus Free at last! Jesus doesn’t want to save you. God is not “coming” either. You came here for the human experience. You CAME here of your own free will. You chose to have these experiences. God won’t “grant” you enlightenment. Even if you ask nicely. Well, OK, technically you are enlightened now. There is nothing to be added to you, to your psyche, that will give you enlightenment. The separation of your enlightened consciousness, and your ego, is what makes it seem like you are not enlightened right now. But, again, you chose to get where you are. You chose to load up your psyche with karma, to have this experience of separation. To not only load up your psyche with karma, but to also unload it of its karmic imprinting. Which, if you are reading this blog, is the part of the journey you are on…

Eat the Ice Cream We are here for the Human experience. What is it like to live life as a human BEing? Life is short … eat the ice cream. Ok, I know if all we do is eat ice cream, then perhaps our life would be short(er). ;- ) But there is a richness that is missed by millions and perhaps billions of people. Although it is available to all, our collective societies have some built-in stigmas. Perhaps not ALL cultures, but certainly in the Western mindsets. There is a temporal expansion. An elongating of life that really doesn’t serve us. If I were to use a metaphor, imagine a jet ski and a supertanker. A jet ski is nimble and quick. Changing direction, speed and outcomes in a moment. Whereas the supertanker is so big, it might take an hour to turn around, and it would need a…

World’s Largest Ball of Yarn Don’t forget to EnJoy the Journey The journey is the “reason.” There is no finish line. We are here for the human experience. The experience of the journey. What does it feel like to … [Insert experience(s) here]. Even the “bad” ones. The “landscape” of this journey (called life) is how we feel. How we are experiencing our lives. It can be our emotions, or perhaps the awe of our ego seeing something that is overwhelmingly beautiful. The passion flowing through us as we engage our heart’s desires. It can be a bit of a challenge to sharpen our focus when there is so much change going on in our lives and in the collective. There are times when we are actually shifting our own life-purpose in our life. I was a television engineer, and my heart told me to start writing books. Huh? Books?…

We came here for the Human experience What would it be like to … Nature, by its very nature, is never done. Ever. You are that nature expressing itself. The white picket fence idea that we were raised on (get an education, and a job, and now retire) is blasphemy at its finest. Institutionalized blasphemy. Your age is none of your business. You, as a soul incarnate, have no need for an assigned “age.” Your soul doesn’t ever reach a point where it “retires.” Unless perhaps, when we (completely) return to Source Consciousness. The narrative of the collective, that reduces the importance of people as they age, is perhaps a contributor to our folly. We are re-debating such fundamental aspects of BEing a human being. We have so much wisdom in our society, that is “offline.” I say this for two reasons. One, for the consideration of how we see…

Follow the Yellow Brick Road There IS a path for You All roads lead to Rome. Or so they say. I find it very curious how our ego has the final say. At least, until it takes a cosmic two-by-four to get our attention. It is quite evident that the vast majority of the collective consciousness is “suffering” from ego overdose. We can choose anything we want. Our thoughts have no tether, except the conditioning from our past. In other words, there is no Divine strong arm that will force us to make one decision or another. As a consequence to that, the human race built out a global nuclear arsenal, that could end all life on this planet. Egos overdosing. Wet clean up … Aisle 7. Our Souls came here for the experience. The human experience. You are that human. And your life IS the desired experience. But what the hell?…
