Podcast Producer & Administrative Assistant
Personal Growth company based in the Greater Denver area looking for podcast producer and administrative assistant. This is presently a part-time position with future potential for growth.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Coordinate all aspects of guest bookings for weekly podcast hosted by company CEO. This includes communicating with publicists and guests; booking show times; writing show description based on available press materials; carrying out any necessary research; creating show episodes on hosting platform and company website; maintaining shared google calendar with interview and related appointments; etc.
- Support CEO in other projects and scheduling needs as appropriate.
- Assist with organizing, and attending, occasional events hosted by CEO to provide admin. support, sell books, etc.
- Some management of social web information.
- Following up with CEO and others on timely matters.
Other:
- Interested candidates should have strong communications skills with attention to detail, self-motivation, intuition, self-confidence and a strong desire to help others.
- A minimum of 5 years experience with similar duties preferred.
- Strong writing, communication and organizational skills.
- Experience interacting with the media a plus.
Salary is negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
