What to do about your Karma

Got Karma?

Is your karma “out to get you?” Does your karma have a motive or agenda? Is your karma trying to snare you?

Like gravity, your karma is an impersonal experience. I know you might think that your karma is a very personal thing. But the mechanics, how your karma operates, is very impersonal. You are experiencing your karma in a personal way. But how you experience your karma is not fixed. You can change your relationship or experience of your karma in an instant.

I have been “scrubbing my psyche” for over 30 years now. What am I doing when I do that? Scrub my psyche? I go looking for energy (karma) within me that has not been released. As I have shared before, I did have an immense amount of energy within me, that I was not aware of at all. I had no clue I had immense amounts of pent-up emotions that I had pushed down in me, that I had accumulated for decades, really. My unconscious posturing with my emotions was a slow-burn sort of thing. Until it wasn’t.

For years, I would unknowingly be avoiding core aspects of my emotions. This was not on my conscious radar. I was clueless. My unresolved emotions were squeezing my life from the inside. This put me on a shrink’s couch. My life was metaphorically collapsing in on me. I was being “squeezed” smaller and smaller by it. Since my default behavior with it was to avoid it, I was in a spiral downward plunge in my life. And again, I didn’t know what was going on.

Then I got cracked open. A huge release happened. And a lot of energy (karma) left my psyche in just a few minutes.

That day, the day I got cracked open, that day startled me. It changed my life forever. I wanted to know how so much energy was stored in me without me knowing about it. I wanted to know if there was more unresolved energy (karma) in my psyche that I didn’t know about. And there was. There was a lot more karma within me. I had to go looking for it to find it. That is why I “scrub my psyche” every day. It is like an onion (where there are many layers to peel, to get down to the core).

You can’t heal your karma (inner chi) unless you can feel it. So I go looking for it until I can feel it. Over the years, I have found so much energy within me that I could release, and have released. This has changed my life in a very powerful way. I quit getting sick. I quit crashing, where my energy would collapse in on itself and I would feel like mud for days on end. All of that stopped. My emotional events got shorter and shorter. In other words, I wouldn’t have an emotional re-action that would last for days, weeks and even more. It got a lot easier to ground myself. To return to a sense of balance and centeredness. A very deep sense of peace has filled my personality. I feel comfortable in my body. I am conscious of my feelings. I wouldn’t change any of it.

Your karma exists in you as an energy. Where does the energy of our karma come from? Our karma, and its energy, is our own consciousness from our past. The feelings that we have suppressed and the mental stigmas that we have created in our minds are the lion’s share of our karma. All of it is resolvable. Your karma is not fixed by any means. You can always change your karma. You can change your relationship with your karma even before you release it.

To tend to your karma is a very powerful thing for you to do to change your future.

Love You!
