To find the Calm within the Storm
This too … will pass
We are in the middle of big shifts happening on the planet. Tossing many of us into emotional turmoil. And for many, they would prefer not feeling such emotional challenges.
If we are not willing to “go there,” to go into the emotions that are being upset within ourselves, we can feel like we are constantly challenged by all the changes going on. In other words, it can feel very taxing to have so many emotions flair up within us, when we might prefer to avoid it all.
Emotions are a roadblock for many. Those who are on their spiritual journey often stop making progress when they bump up against their more challenging emotions. Where the calmness is preferred. Or a striving to create a feeling of calmness within the tsunami of change that is happening in the world today. Likewise, as long as there is an evasive behavior towards your emotions, perhaps feeling tired and wiped out, then take the time to rest. Ultimately, to get on the healthy side of your emotions, you will need to be actually feeling them. No way around that. To heal your strategies with working with your emotions, allows you to engage and immerse in the feelings to be had. Allowing not only for them to be released from your persona, but also bringing a cadence with it. Allowing a deeper intuition to be learned. As you learn to traverse your emotional landscape, a sense of competence comes around. The emotions themselves have no motive or agenda of their own.
There is a knack to feeling calm all the time while you are feeling your emotions. The essential self, or Innate Self, is always there. From that aspect of you, you cannot be harmed. You are safe. In that eternal safety, you are not only safe, but you can also see how it honors you to be calm about your essence. That inner space of thick peace within you now.
Love You!
