Are You Stuck to Your Story? Your past is not as powerful as You are. If we were to meet, what story would you tell me about You? What are the “important” parts of your past? Would you share the heartaches and struggles? Would you share your successes and triumphs? Perhaps a little of both? Sometimes we can get caught up in our past. Perhaps you have met someone new, and the stories they tell you are all from their past. Perhaps difficult parts of their past. Perhaps sharing nothing regarding what they intend to create for themselves. It would be like standing at the rear of a speeding boat. Pointing to the turbulence of the wake behind them. Looking through Your Karmic Lens What do You see? I was thinking the other day about the spiritual journey itself. A journey, that if you are reading this blog, you are most likely on. To grow or evolve our spirituality. There are hundreds of “modalities” or “processes” that so many spiritual teachers provide. Somatic work, Emotional work, Mental work, and the like. These topics of focus are relevant because that is what we bump up against when we want to make some progress on our journey. They are part of the journey.
