Pick Your Reality Your Reality is a Reflection of You I had spent decades living out a “reality” that was not what I preferred. But I didn’t know the mechanism at the time. In other words, I had spent decades with unresolved energy, inner chi, in my psyche. A lot of energy, really. And this energy set me up to learn about my karma.
