As You Are The Life that You are Living So, what are you experiencing? What do your days feel like? What is your overall mental demeanor? What is your overall emotional demeanor? These demeanors determine the core of your daily experiences. Well, that and some other things. Can you offend a mirror? Can you overwhelm a mirror? I am not talking about physically, but rather, just with an image. Stand in front of a mirror, and try to startle it. Maybe take it outside on a clear night, and look at the reflection of the night sky. Now that is a BIG image. The mirror isn’t even trying hard. It does all it does with ease. What I am talking about is “out there” versus “in here.” Our egos process information. Our eyes, ears and other senses feed us an endless stream of information about the world … out there. And then we process that information … in here. In our heads. In our thoughts. Information. But the folly of that is that the world doesn’t begin out there. Good Emotions Bad Emotions How do You feel? So where are you? Where are you on the emotional scale? Emotional scale? What is the emotional scale? When we bump up against “reality,” we get a reflection of sorts. An emotional radar, you might say. We project our thoughts, beliefs and attitudes up against the “reality” before us and what comes back is our “emotional” echo.
