Riding the Waves of Consciousness

Taking it all in

We can all feel it. Change at a massive level. Perhaps some of the most turbulent times in which to live. In our history, as a planet, we haven’t had a global shift of change like we have now. These are unique times compared to our past. After 2020 we all started having a much more global narrative play out. Creating huge waves of change all over the world.

How are you doing? Are you navigating your way through the karmic tsunami? Are you playing it safe or are you even fueling the flames of change?

We all want heaven. Well, maybe not all of us. Well, maybe not even that many. Heaven, as an intention or destination, isn’t on that many people’s minds. At least that I know of. But making more money, owning the fabulous home or car or both, seem much more likely to be on people’s minds. All is allowed here on this “free will” planet. Do as you choose.

But change, as a whole, is making karmic waves all over the planet. If you try to endure the change, without it affecting you, you might be missing out on a great opportunity. We can easily go decades without that much change in our lives. At least before 2020. I am not saying that change is required, as a personal intention. Wherever you are now, in your spiritual journey, is just fine. You are never in the wrong place. There are no accidents. Your soul sees everything before it happens. Quite the advantage of a non-linear, multidimensional soul intelligence which is also you.

If you wanted to be an expert sailor, and you are on a calm lake without any wind, well, you won’t get much useful experience. If you incarnate as a human, and never dip your metaphorical toe in the water, you won’t evolve as a soul. Not to say some souls might choose an easy lifetime just to take a rest. But I don’t think that applies to anyone reading this blog. We are in the cyclone of change and it is just the thing we need to hone our own personal skill of being a human.

Are you fighting the waves? Are you overwhelmed by all the changes you see going on in the world? Is this just too big of a storm?

Change pushes us up against us. Most prominently it taxes our mind and ego. Typically our egos don’t really prefer that much change. Sure, a change of pace perhaps, but not the upheaval of our whole subconscious. Until we do like change. Or rather, until we do like the turbulence that brings our subconscious programming into a much clearer perspective. Once we commit to our own spiritual evolution, we can see the value of perceiving and healing some of our deeper wounds. For myself, I had several tough “awakenings” to wake me up from my mind’s slumber. But now, if I find really dense, old karmic stigmas within my psyche, I feel like I hit paydirt. I love to discover some of the deeper buried karmic imprinting in my psyche. The waves of change have had a cleansing effect for me. I welcome the opportunities to discover more of my deeply buried karma, and thus give myself an opportunity to heal it and be free of it.

Do you know how to ground yourself? To return to a calm within you? To be fully present in your own body? Practice that. Perhaps spend some time in nature. Get out of your routines and just be present. If we stay in anxiety and fret, we keep our bodies in stress. Grounding allows calmness, a place of rest that we can give ourselves even in the middle of a storm. As you allow more intense feelings to be felt, it is important to ground after the experience. To ground yourself is how you can stay centered within the storm. Sure, engage the storm, but also keep yourself grounded between the waves.

Allow yourself to feel. If being grounded is a place of refuge, like keeping our boat in the harbor, then allowing ourselves to feel would be how we learn how to metaphorically sail. To take our boat out into the lake, out into the waves, allows us to get better at sailing. If we are avoiding our feelings and problems, we are not learning much. Our souls chose this tempest. Our souls knew this lifetime would be exceptional. Difficult in many ways, but also the perfect storm to learn how to navigate our lives when we find ourselves living within the turmoil of changes. Our feelings are the key to mastering ourselves. To allow the feeling, allow the welling up of our emotions, so we can release them and thus create new relationships with our feelings. A new relationship with our “waves.” Don’t be afraid of the storm. Learn how to sail.

You are safe. The continuity of your consciousness is assured. Do not be afraid. Raise your sail, grab the rudder, and embark on the adventure.

Love You
