Listen in now as our guest, Tressa Vazquez, shares the journey of Remembering the Divine Feminine Within. The feminine archetype has gone through many iterations over generations, impacted by many things. Not all of them have been helpful in assisting her to be expressed, valued or fully embodied. Now, we are at a crossroads of opportunity to remember and reimagine what the sacred, whole, empowered Divine Feminine might look like today. We will consider what elements of the Divine Feminine, that have been forgotten, would serve us to reimagine and to reintegrate within ourselves. We will invite understanding of core elements that embody feminine presence into our awareness, hearts and maybe even into our daily lives.
Tressa has visited many places around the globe and has seen firsthand the roles the feminine has played out in many of our collective cultures. It is through firsthand experiences, daily practices and love of the divine that Tressa continues to embody her own feminine grace. It is from this place that she shares of the feminine remembrance.
Tressa Vazquez is a Holographic Sound Master Practitioner and Lead Trainer through the Institute of Holographic Sound and Inner Balance, Community Circle Steward, Sacred Ceremony/Retreat Facilitator and International Pilgrimage Guide, leading and co-leading trips to Egypt, Peru and Costa Rica, since 2022. Additionally, Tressa has been teaching yoga for 16 years. She is a mother to three and last year became a grandmother.
Tressa's work is rooted in remembrance. Remembrance of love, connection and divinity ... through connecting people, not only to themselves, but to indigenous teachers and teachings, ancient teachings and temples and those living closer to the earth and traditional ways these transformations can be anchored in something lasting. Having experienced a coming home to self that culminated in the most intimate expression of self-love, Tressa now shares of this remembered love energy to create spaces and experiences that allow individuals to remember their own divine, connected, love. In these spaces people can come home to themselves, experience sacred pause through stillness, allow love to be experienced ... the giving, the receiving, the being love. When we come home to ourselves, remember our own inner knowing, and experience connection and love within, then we have the energy and awareness to turn outward … to give gratitude to those around us, to return to the earth and the other elements, to notice our neighbors and their needs, and to hear the call of our life, so that we can live it into its fullness and offer our own gifts and medicine. And to do this all embodied, at home in the self and rooted in love.
