To Change your Outside, Change your Inside

What you experience is a reflection of You

What we experience in our life, is our own reflection. In other words, how you experience your life is decided within yourself. What you are seeing, or rather experiencing, is determined by you. What your life looks like, as far as your karmic tendencies, is a reflection of your own personal energy. Inner chi. It is not that the external world is changing per se. But rather, your experience of it is changing.

And none of it is personal.

You can change how you experience your life all by yourself. If you were to metaphorically go into a cave, high in the Himalayan mountains, and meditated for a few decades and then came back out into the world, how you would experience that world would have changed. Your experience with your own life, is a reflection of you.

Our minds, as a linear thinker, are constantly processing the outside world. Our mind assigns importance to everything we see. We quantify and label everything. That is what linear thinking is all about. We can easily click off decades in a karmic rut of sorts, and not make much progress getting out of it. If our attention is completely on the outside world, and we do not pay any attention to our inside world, so to speak, we are not going to see much change in how we experience the world outside of us.

I had clicked off a decade of “suffering” under the belittling behavior of my boss. “He” was a mean man. “He” was malicious. “He” was the problem. Until he wasn’t. I had an immense amount of unresolved emotions within me. These unresolved emotions attracted this man into my life. I was asking the universe, in a sense, for a karmic teacher. My energy, inner chi, was broadcasting an energy into the world, and those that resonated with it came into my world.

Yet, after I released the lion’s share of those unresolved emotions, I just fell of my boss’s radar. Once I “cleaned house” regarding my energy, my boss was no longer interested in belittling me. I magically became invisible to his petty behavior. I had been the source of all of that “suffering.” Those years of malicious behavior towards me, from my boss, were all my doing. Nothing was personal. Once I changed my energy, my reflection changed as well.

We are experiencing our own reflection. Nothing about the “mirror” of reality is personal. The moment you change your energy, is the moment your reflection changes as well. If you pay attention to how you are experiencing your life, you can discover clues about your own personal energy. When we first start to do this, the majority of our energy is in our subconscious. Just as those unresolved emotions, stored in my subconscious, had created my “suffering.” In general, your karmic composition, in this moment, is the totality of your unresolved past. Some might call this your Akashic records. To clean house, so to speak, is to pay attention to your own energy and the experience it creates for you. Perhaps some of the strongest influence in your life, might be energy within you that you are not aware of at all.

Got Karma?

Love You!
