OK, so no, you can’t add another dozen planets to the solar system. So no, you don’t decide it all. Not from the collective perspective. But, absolutely, you do decide it all when it comes to how you experience your “reality.” Gravity is impersonal. The mechanics of karma are impersonal. The mechanics of emotions are impersonal. Lots of tight corners. Now imagine that with two different vehicles. These vehicles represent a difference in mass or weight.
